1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop Adesivedesign.
2. Contractual Partner

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after submission. The contract becomes effective upon our order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices plus shipping costs.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties or taxes may apply.
5. Delivery
We offer various shipping options, which the customer can select during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product. Personalized products require longer processing times.
If an unsuitable shipping option is selected, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping method accordingly (e.g., sending stickers folded in a large envelope).
6. Personalized Products
Personalized products are individually made according to customer specifications.
Returns or cancellations are excluded in this case (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).
In case of damaged or faulty delivery, please contact us within 7 days and provide proof (e.g., photos).
7. Right of Withdrawal for Non-Personalized Products
For ready-made, non-personalized designs, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
The goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
8. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods offered in the shop (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, credit card, bank transfer).
The purchase price is due immediately upon order.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
12. Copyright & Design Rights
All designs, texts, and images in the shop are protected by copyright.
Reproduction or use without express permission is not permitted.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Altenkirchen, provided the customer is a merchant.
Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
