We currently deliver within and outside Germany / EU / worldwide.

Germany: flat rate
EU: flat rate
Outside the EU: Costs vary by country and are displayed during checkout.
3. Shipping options
We offer various shipping options. At checkout, you can choose between large letter without tracking (standard), large letter as registered mail,
Choose package with or without insurance.
Please note: If you choose an option without tracking or insurance, you bear the risk and costs in case of loss or damage.
Note: If an unsuitable shipping option is selected, the sticker may need to be folded and sent as a large letter. (See item description)
4. Delivery times
The production and delivery time is usually:
Germany: approx. [3–5 working days]
EU: approx. [5–10 working days]
International: approx. [10–20 working days]
Please note that these are guidelines only and the actual delivery time may vary depending on order volume and shipping provider.
5. Processing time
Since our items are custom-made, processing time after receipt of payment is approximately [1–3 business days].
6. Shipping service provider
We ship with [DHL / Hermes / DPD / Deutsche Post – please specify]. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation and, if applicable, a tracking number.
7. Customs & Taxes
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
8. Undeliverable shipments
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or non-collection, the buyer will bear the additional costs for reshipping.
