Refund Policy

1. Personalized products

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, returns and exchanges are not possible. This applies especially to personalized stickers and iron-on transfers.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will then work together to find a solution (e.g., a replacement).

2. Ready-made, non-personalized designs

For all non-personalized standard products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

• Returns are only possible if the product is returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

• The buyer shall bear the costs of return.

• After successful verification, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
