For stickers 25cm or more in length or width, select parcel shipping. Otherwise, the sticker will be folded and shipped in a 25x35cm large letter envelope.

Return policy for personalized products
Since our iron-on transfers are made individually according to your wishes, returns and exchanges are generally excluded.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will then work together to find a solution.
Quick guide
✨Instructions:
1. Iron the surface flat
2. Remove any foreign matter with a lint roller
3. Position the iron-on transfer and, if necessary, attach it with heat-resistant Tesafilm
4. Place baking paper on top
5. Press with the iron for 15-20 seconds at 160 degrees
6. Carefully remove the film
7. Put the baking paper back on (without foil) and iron briefly everywhere
