The surface must be smooth, clean, and grease-free.
Clean thoroughly and degrease if necessary before applying the adhesive.
For freshly painted surfaces: observe drying time (at least 1-2 weeks)
Adhesion may be limited on rough or silicone-treated surfaces.

Since our stickers are individually made according to your wishes, returns and exchanges are generally excluded.
However, should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will then find a solution together.
