How do I order?
Choose between Logo/Text and size range (e.g. Logo (Max.10cm)
You enter text and color directly into the designated fields (e.g. Anna, Flex13)
For logos or your own designs, use our contact form on our imprint page with upload function, or use the chat function.
(If you send us your file via email or chat after placing an order, please be sure to include your order number in the subject or message.)
Required file type for your own designs: PNG without background 200-300 DPI resolution

We offer both tracking and insurance-free shipping options. Please note:
✨For uninsured shipping options without tracking, the risk of loss or damage to the goods lies with the buyer.
✨For safe and traceable delivery, we recommend shipping with insurance and tracking.
If you have any questions about shipping methods, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For stickers 25cm or more in length or width, select parcel shipping. Otherwise, the sticker will be folded and shipped in a 25x35cm large letter envelope.

Return policy for personalized products
Since our iron-on transfers are made individually according to your wishes, returns and exchanges are generally excluded.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will then work together to find a solution.
Quick guide
✨Instructions:
1. Iron the surface flat
2. Remove any foreign matter with a lint roller
3. Position the iron-on transfer and, if necessary, attach it with heat-resistant Tesafilm
4. Place baking paper on top
5. Press with the iron for 15-20 seconds
6. Let it cool down a bit
7. Carefully remove the film
8. Put the baking paper back on (without foil) and iron briefly everywhere
